For the last two years, the property market has been undergoing a transformation moving towards what consultancies like JLL call urban logistics. This has been driven by the penetration of electronic commerce, which, without the pandemic, would have evolved at a slower rate, and would have generated a sufficient stock of warehouses and storage spaces for the sector to have received an even greater investment.
