
The leasing of office space in Madrid showed signs of reactivation between July and September, and the potential demand in Barcelona showed signs of greater activity soon, in a market where availability remains at particularly low levels (4.98%), according to a report by Savills Aguirre Newman.
During the third quarter of the year, more than 96,000 m2 of office space was leased in Madrid and 35,000 m2 was snapped up in Barcelona.
