The joint venture between Invesco and Urbania is planning to build a macro student residence in the center of Barcelona.
The asset will have 526 rooms and 574 beds, across a constructed surface area of more than 16,000 square meters. The building will house various common areas including a gym, leisure spaces, study rooms, a restaurant, a cafeteria and a roof-top terrace with views over the Catalan capital.
