The new Madrid M-40 logistics park (PAL-40) is going to become the largest logistics area available for rent in the city of Madrid (90,000 m2). The project has been developed in two phases and in the first one, which is already available, spaces ranging from 3,500 m2 to 51,823 m2 are available.
It is worth remembering that the Valencian construction company Pavasal and the investment fund manager Invesco reached an agreement in 2018 to develop the land, with an investment of 80 million euros.
