The Socimi Inversa Prime (formerly Almagro Capital), which specialises in the senior citizen residential market, has presented the results of its activity for the first half of the year. During the period, the company achieved a net profit of 6.99 million euros, up by 35.5% compared to the 5.05 million euros it registered during the same period last year.
The company continues to be the most liquid Socimi on BME Growth, with a liquidity ratio of 95%. Until June, the volume of shares and euros traded grew by 276.9% and 400.0%, respectively, compared to the same period in 2021. At this point, it should be noted that the Socimi’s shares are listed at a discount of 24% versus the NAV and 33% versus the free NAV.
