Activity in the logistics sector is continuing apace. Inurban, a real estate developer focused on developing logistics and industrial assets, has begun construction work on its next logistics centre located in Albuixech (Valencia). The space, which occupies 50,000 square metres of the plot’s total area of 65,000 sqm, is intended to be divided into several groupable modules.
The new logistics platform is set to be a reference in terms of design, architecture, construction quality, sustainability and energy-saving features, among the assets of this type.
