Intu Xanadú closed 2022 with a 20% year-on-year increase in sales and a 14% rise in footfall, as reported by the shopping centre located in Arroyomolinos (Madrid) on Thursday.
Alexis Martín, Manager of Intu Xanadú, a shopping centre managed by the real estate company CBRE, said that “the record figures during the month of December are a culmination of the strong performance that we have seen since the beginning of 2022”.
