The contentious-administrative chamber of the Supreme Court has dismissed the appeals filed against the ruling by the Valencian High Court of Justice, which concluded in October that the autonomous administration unjustifiably vetoed the project proposed by Intu-Eurofund Investment for the construction of a macro shopping and leisure centre in the town of Paterna.
This new pronouncement reinforces the defence of the corporate alliance in the parallel case in which around 300 million euros in compensation is being claimed from the Executive led by Ximo Puig (PSPV) and Mónica Oltra (Compromís) for having paralysed their project, according to El Economista.
