The property developer Grupo Insur has begun work on its new residential Terrazas de Santa Rosa development in Córdoba. The promotion will consist of 92 homes during the first phase and will require an investment of 40 million euros. In addition, the construction work will generate 400 direct and indirect jobs.
The development will be located on Avenida Virgen de las Angustias and will comprise a mixture of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes. It will have common areas with a children’s play area, and a 2,000-square-metre swimming pool for adults and children. Work on Insur’s residential complex in Córdoba is expected to be completed in the second half of 2022.
