The Insur real estate group has launched an ambitious luxury residential project in Marbella. Under the name Quintessence, the new development will comprise 96 homes, distributed across 12 buildings. The listed company estimates an investment of 42 million euros will be required.
The project will be located in Altos de los Monteros, in Marbella (Málaga). Its 12 buildings will be no more than three storeys high, with home automation, a swimming pool, gym, coworking area and more than 20,000 m2 of green space.
