An office operation has been closed by an international fund in Spain. In this case, the stars are the French investment firm Inovalis and the asset in question is an office building in Málaga.
Inovalis has reached an agreement with Iberdrola Inmobiliaria to acquire the EurocomSur building in Málaga. The office building spans a surface area of 7,316 square metres, distributed over seven floors and 79 underground parking spaces. It also includes commercial premises and is located on Calle de Mauricio Moro Pareto, 2, in the centre of Málaga.
