A new property developer has been created. Ignacio Moreno, former owner of Inmoglaciar, has launched a new company called Aurquia, as confirmed by Moreno himself speaking to Cinco Días.
After closing the sale of Inmoglaciar to Cerberus and avoiding a non-compete clause, Moreno has created a new company that will focus on building new homes at affordable prices in Madrid, the Balearic and Canary Islands.
