Inmoglaciar Seeks a Partner for its 500-Home Build-to-Rent Project in Arganda del Rey

The company, which is building two residential developments in the Madrilenian municipality, is continuing to look for an investor to construct a 500-home build-to-rent project.

The property developer Inmoglaciar, which is controlled by the investment fund Cerberus, owns four plots of land in the Madrilenian municipality of Arganda del Rey and is looking for an investor to finance a turnkey build-to-rent project on those sites.

The land spans a surface area of 50,000 square metres and it is estimated that 500 homes could be built on it, according to idealista/news. Currently, several funds are conducting valuations of the plots.
