The Riberas family has sold Torre Ombú, an office building located near the Méndez Álvaro South station in Madrid, to Inmocaixa, a company owned by CriteriaCaixa.
The property has belonged to its previous owner since 2019, when it was purchased from Reyal Urbis for 45 million euros and has formed part of the Acek family’s investment vehicle portfolio, according to Expansión.
