Having overcome the challenge of opening Canalejas, the commercial area that is home to the exclusive Four Seasons hotel and residential complex in the historic centre of Madrid, Inmobiliaria Espacio is now beginning the countdown to the launch its other star project: Caleido, a unique mixed-use complex with spaces for education, leisure, culture, technology, sports and health, which will modernise the Spanish capital’s new financial centre, formed until now by the so-called Cuatro Torres.
The Caleido building, which will be the fifth tower on Paseo de la Castellana with a cost of 300 million euros, will be an inverted T-shaped building with a central tower comprising 35 storeys (180 metres high). Promoted by Inmobiliaria Espacio and the Emperador Properties group, special care has been taken with regards sustainability and efficiency, as well as innovation.
