The property developer Inbisa has completed the purchase of the RES AL-16/18 plot of land located in the Urban-Galindo neighbourhood of Baracaldo, where it plans to build 106 homes and 600 square metres of commercial premises.
The plot, which has been acquired for just over 13 million euros, is located in a privileged setting that is set to undergo a major transformation over the coming years with the construction of major projects such as: the Ribera Park, which Bilbao Ría 2000 will soon put out to tender again; the revitalisation of Plaza Pormetxeta, the first phase of which is already underway; and the construction by the Provincial Council of Vizcaya of a pedestrian and cycle path to connect the two banks of the Ría nearby to where this building is going to be erected.
