Home sales fell by 34.3% in June compared to the same month in 2019, for a total of 27,221 transactions, according to a report by the National Statistics Institute (INE).
There were a total of 22,394 sales in May, the lowest figure for the month since the beginning of the series in 2007 and the lowest in any month since November 2013.
