Impar Invests Another €50 Million in Spain

The company owned by Latin American investors is launching three residential projects in Madrid and Ibiza where it is going to build mid-range housing for the first time.

The Impar real estate group, owned by Latin American investors and led in Spain by Roberto Perri, has expanded its commitment to the Spanish residential market, where it arrived 7 years ago with the aim of investing in luxury housing.

Since then the company has invested 80 million euros in more than a dozen luxury projects in Madrid capital (where it has built around 100 homes), a figure that will now increase to 120 million euros thanks to the launch of 3 new projects, two in the Spanish capital and another in Ibiza, says El Confidential.
