Iberdrola Inmobiliaria has decided to market its BcnFira District business park, a large office complex currently under development in Barcelona, despite the coronavirus and its effect on the economy.
Specifically, the company is going to promote the rental of Torre Llevant and Torre Ponent, which span 48,000 m2 and represent the second and final phase of this project. To this end, it has engaged Savills Aguirre Newman and Cushman & Wakefield to co-exclusively market the properties. Iberdrola is committed to its scheduled delivery date of 2021.
