In collaboration with Hesperia, Hyatt Regency Residences will open an apartment complex on Paseo de la Castellana. The asset is owned by investment funds managed by the Swiss bank Pictet.
The property consists of 22 100-150-m2 flats and includes a 350 square metre penthouse with a 100 square metre terrace.
The flats will be rented on a medium and long-stay basis starting at 300 euros per night, although it will depend on the duration of the accommodation. They are the first Hyatt properties of this type in Spain. Its tenants will have access to the personal care, leisure, mobility and gastronomic services of the Hyatt Regency Hesperia Madrid hotel.
