The real estate platform Housfy has received authorisation from the Bank of Spain to operate Housfy Finance, its new subsidiary for mortgage brokering to individuals and companies.
Following this expansion of its business, the company founded by Albert Bosch hopes to end 2020 with more than 1,500 mortgages signed. Housfy entered the mortgage business in 2018 and collaborates with fifteen banks.
