“The recovery is beginning timidly, although the need to generate optimism may be distorting the overall analysis”, says Vicenç Hernández, President of the Association of Real Estate Agents (APIs) in Cataluña.
According to the spokesperson for the APIs, in Cataluña, home sales recovered during the third quarter of the year by 17.06% to 15,186 units. That positive data partially offset a 24.5% drop in the interannual variation.
