House sales recorded in the Property Registry fell by 0.7% in interannual terms in September, “the best figure since February”, when the pandemic caused transactions involving residential assets to begin to fall, according to the property registry statistics from the College of Registrars.
This drop is much more moderate than those recorded in July and August, when year-on-year declines of 25.1% and 12.7% were registered, respectively.
