House sales are on a roll. According to the National Institute of Statistics, 49,895 residential asset sales were registered in November, up by 24.4% compared to the same month in 2020.
In total, 183,999 assets of all types changed hands, of which 100,199 were sales. Of these, 86.7% were urban properties and 13.3% were rural. In the case of the urban sales, 57.4% corresponded to dwellings.
