During the month of November 2021, the number of house sales registered in Spain increased by 18.7% compared to November 2020. In total, 78,511 operations were carried out in November 2020, a figure that rose to 93,178 in November 2021, up by more than 14,600 operations, according to data from the College of Registrars.
In comparison to the month of November 2019, when 74,573 homes were sold, the increase is even greater (25%); that is very significant since the market was still relatively normal that month being pre-pandemic.
