The rate of growth in the sale and purchase of homes is slowing down. Despite recording increases, the rate of growth in the number of house sales fell in February, according to the College of Registrars.
In total, 86,867 operations were registered in February 2022, 18,000 more than in the same month in 2021. In the specific case of home sales, 51,790 were recorded in 2022, compared to 41,733 in the second month of last year.
