House sales deepened their decline in October to 13.3% compared to the same month in 2019, to reach 37,605 operations after the moderation recorded in September, according to data from the National Institute of Statistics (INE).
Following the decline in October, which was 12 points more pronounced than that of September, house sales have now recorded eight consecutive months of negative interannual rates.
