The boost in house sales during the third and fourth quarters of last year has been reflected in the price statistics. In this way, prices increased by almost 2% (1.9%) in January when compared to December, although they have still decreased by 0.2% compared to the figures registered before the pandemic, according to the index prepared by Tinsa.
“The variation in the general data since the beginning of the pandemic is practically zero, which means that the decreases seen last summer and at the beginning of the autumn have been offset,” said Rafael Gil, Director of the Research Service at Tinsa.
