
House prices started growing again in August. The average price of residential assets increased by 0.9% in interannual terms, although it remained stable with respect to the previous month, according to data from Tinsa’s IMIE General and Large Markets statistics.
Specifically, the average price of new and second-hand housing in Spain registered an increase of 0.1% in August compared to July. However, it has accumulated a decrease of 1.8% since March, the month in which the coronavirus crisis first hit Spain.
