
House prices grew by 1.7% in the third quarter in interannual terms, which represented a decrease of four tenths compared to the previous quarter and the lowest such increase since the first quarter of 2015, according to the House Price Index (IPV) from the National Institute of Statistics (INE) published on Thursday.
With the growth registered between July and September, house prices accumulated 26 quarters of year-on-year growth, although the recent trend has been towards moderation.
