According to a report published by Sociedad de Tasación about the evolution of house prices during the first half of 2020, the average price of new and second-hand housing in Spain was €1,681/m2 at the end of June 2020, up by 2.7% compared to the same month in 2019.
If we focus on Andalucía, the average house price was €1,337/m2. In line with the national trend, that price represents an increase compared to the same period a year earlier of 2.5%. And it represents an increase of 1.1% during the 6 months to June 2020.
