The average price of second-hand housing in Spain in March was €1,690 per square metre. That figure represents a drop of 1.25% compared to December 2019, according to the quarterly sales price report from pisos.com.
In inter-annual terms, the average price of second-hand homes registered a decrease of 0.61%; while the fall compared to February was 0.89%, when the average price was €1,705 per square meter.
