House prices in Spain have fallen in the autonomous regions with the most coronavirus cases, according to experts who have analysed the Spanish real estate market. In this way, in Navarra, where the rate of infected persons is 0.81%, house prices have decreased by 2.4% year-on-year; meanwhile, in Castilla y León, where the percentage of infected people is 0.8%, house prices have dropped by 1.7%, according to Europa Press.
Those two regions have recorded some of the biggest drops in house prices in May compared to the previous year, according to data compiled by Bloomberg from the Ministry of Health, the National Institute of Statistics (INE) and the portal Idealista.
