Hoteles Turísticos Unidos, through its company Grupo Hotusa, has set up a venture capital company to invest in the hospitality sector. Grupo Hotusa is the sole shareholder of Hospitality Venture Capital. According to the Mercantile Registry, the company will carry out “intermediation activities for operations involving securities and other assets.”
Hospitality Venture Capital will engage in inorganic investment in hospitality companies in the launch phase or early stage of development.
