Hotels are gaining traction. According to the National Institute of Statistics, the average daily revenue (ADR) of these establishments rose by 26.6% in December 2021 compared to the same month in 2020, to reach 91.5 euros for every occupied room.
Meanwhile, the average daily income per available room (RevPAR), which is conditioned by the occupancy rate, reached 41.9 euros, up by 160.2%.
