The Hospes Hotels chain, which is 50% controlled by Alicia Koplowitz’s investment vehicle Omega Capital, and by the Chinese fund manager Gaw Capital Partners, has completed the purchase of 100% of its Hospes Maricel & Spa hotel, according to Alimarket.
The five-star establishment, located in Cas Català in the municipality of Calvià, near Palma de Mallorca, has more than 50 rooms, as well as private parking and a restaurant.
