The impact of the pandemic on Spain’s economy in general and the property market specifically, is clear. Homes sales fell by 42.2% during the second quarter of this year compared to the same period in 2019, to 76,545 transactions, according to data from Spanish Registrars.
On the other hand, total sales dropped by 46.1% in the second quarter of the year compared to the same period last year.
