In October 2021, the number of home sales and purchases in Spain increased by 24.3% compared to the same month last year, the Association of Registrars reported on Thursday.
Rising from 34,887 transactions in October 2020, there were 43,357 home sales and purchases in the tenth month of this year, increasing by more than 8,400 transactions.
Likewise, compared to October 2019, in which there were 39,940 transactions, there was an increase of 8.6%, a more significant figure given that this is a month in a normal economic cycle.
