The operation has been closed. The manager Hines, through its fund Hines Global Income Trust, has closed the acquisition of the plot of land that used to house the former Airbus factory, a deal first reported by Brainsre.news in November.
Specifically, Hines has acquired a plot of land spanning 54,338 square meters, opposite the A2 and five minutes by car from Madrid airport.
