The firm Hines has announced an agreement with UDIN to develop a complex that will include offices and other spaces for commercial use in the 22 @ district of Barcelona. The site has a buildable surface area of 30,770 square metres and occupies almost an entire block in the city spanning more than 8,000 square metres.
The project, which is going to be built on Calle Cristóbal de Moura, will be divided into several buildings and “is intended to lead the urban regeneration of this dynamic part of the city.” Also, the complex will be designed taking into account the future needs of workplaces.
