Higuerón Residences & Collection plans to build more than 500 luxury homes on the Costa del Sol. The homes will be quite close to Malaga and Fuengirola.
At its 6th Real Estate Gala, held last week, Higuerón specified that the more than 500 homes it will build in the province of Málaga would be divided into two collections: Waterfall and Valley. It will also develop Diamond, with seven exclusive villas, and the Higuerón Residences, a new real estate project consisting of 26 flats and six villas.
Diamond will comprise seven luxury villas divided into two collections, Palm Collection and Bay Collection, and the independent Villa Sena and the penthouse Sky Villa.
Higuerón Residences is an exclusive project in which the owners will be able to access their homes through the five-star Higuerón Hotel. Buyers will have access to all its services, from the use of the hotel concierge to the use of the facilities such as Higuerón Spa and The Beach Club.
