Hoteles Globales has acquired the Lively Magaluf Hotel, located in the municipality of Calvià, in Mallorca. The 3-star establishment has 87 rooms in total and used to be owned by the Mar Hotels chain.
The chain had already started work on a comprehensive renovation of what will now become the new ‘Globales Magaluf’ hotel. Specifically, the project involves the restyling of rooms, the incorporation of a new terrace and swimming pool, the modernisation of the public areas and a change of flooring, according to Alimarket.
