The Socimi Healthcare Activos has completed the purchase of the El Serrallo nursing home in Granada. The acquisition has been formalised through the Socimi’s purchase of the company Hospedería Granadina S.L. The asset has 143 beds and is operated by DomusVi on a long-term lease basis.
Jorge Guarner, founder and President of Healthcare Activos, analysed the acquisition of the nursing home in Granada: “The acquisition of the El Serrallo residence in Granada meets our objective of buying high-quality assets.” In addition, he pointed out that Granada is a good location for such a purchase given that it has “one of the lowest coverage ratios for people aged over 80 years in Spain”.
