Healthcare Activos, the Socimi specialising in assets in the healthcare sector in Spain and Portugal, is continuing its expansion across the peninsula with the launch of a new centre for the elderly in Pamplona that will have 130 new beds.
The new asset will be the platform’s second development in the Comunidad Foral de Navarra, since it already has one in operation in the municipality of Mutilva. Throughout the peninsular territory, Healthcare Activos now has 40 centres in operation and 11 under construction at different stages of development.
