The Healthcare Activos firm, which specialises in hospitals, clinics and nursing homes for the elderly, is continuing its growth. Through its vehicle, which it established together with Oaktree Capital Management, it has closed the purchase of a nursing home in Lleida.
Likewise, the company has acquired some adjacent plots where it plans to erect a new building. It will also undertake a comprehensive renovation of the acquired building to create a facility spanning 4,800 square metres with more than 130 beds. The price of the operation has not been disclosed.
