The manager Haya Real Estate has registered transaction volumes amounting to 1.373 billion euros, a figure that represents a year-on-year increase of 10%, according to the results for the first half of 2022, which were presented on Tuesday 29 August.
What is this increase due to? Haya explains that it is mainly driven by REO sales, which increased by 20%, and by the recovery of the NPL market, which grew by 13% compared to the first half of 2021. As of June 2022, the company had 26.055 billion euros in assets under management.
