Haya Titulización has registered the HT Working Capital securitisation fund with the CNMV. The fund comprises a program for the issuance of securitisation promissory notes that will allow Trade & Working Capital (TWC), the creator of the fund, to promote its strategy for financing working capital to SMEs.
The project was born as a compartmentalised issuance program, in such a way that TWC will benefit from a flexible and agile tool that will allow it to adjust its financing needs to the company’s growth capacity.
