In addition, the firm currently manages more than 40 million m2 of land with urban development potential in Spain, of which six million m2 are for residential development, giving the firm the capacity to develop a minimum of 20,000 homes in the coming years.
Andalusia is where the company manages the largest volume of land: 10.5 million m2 with urban development potential. Likewise, the firm’s holdings in the Valencian Community also stand out, with 4.47 million m2.
In Murcia, the figure stands at 4.27 million m2. Finally, the amount of land for urban development in Catalonia and Madrid amount to 6.2 million m2 and 1.27 million m2, respectively.
