Haya Real Estate has presented its results for 2021, a year in which it recorded transaction volumes of 2.7 billion euros. That figure represents an increase of 15% compared to 2020 thanks to the recovery of the company’s activity and the strong conditions in the real estate market.
Revenues reached 197.8 million euros in 2021 and the operating result (adjusted EBITDA) amounted to 65.3 million euros, up by 25% in year-on-year terms. Haya had 29.5 billion euros in assets under management as at 31 December 2021.
