Liberbank and the servicer Haya Real Estate are launching the “New Home, New Life” campaign, offering a selection of more than 1,450 brand new properties with discounts of up to 30%.
Interested parties will be able to benefit from financing, for residential properties, of up to 100% of the value of the property, plus all the expenses associated with the purchase, as well as furniture with up to an additional 5,000 euros, with the limit of the appraised value.
The properties selected for this campaign are located in both dormitory towns and small villages. The offer is concentrated on homes, which account for 47%, followed by parking spaces, with 34%, and storage rooms, with 16%, which are completed with commercial premises and offices.
The assets in the campaign, which runs until June 30, are located throughout Spain, mainly in Castilla-La Mancha, with more than 1,290 properties, and the Valencia region, with more than 180.
